With the patisserie, the boss Josef Donhauser also remains faithful to his roots. Donhauser is a trained pastry chef. In the company of his parents in Kirchberg am Change, it was also produced for a long time for Don, now no longer. “Everything we made there walked to Linz,” said Hölbl. There is plenty to do, because apart from the classic catering company, you are also active as an operator of various restaurants, for example in the Anton in the Music Theater in Linz or in Bruckner’s in the Brucknerhaus in Linz, plus four subways and 12 Vapiano -restaurants .
