0.01% of Junts bases voted blank on the question: ‘Do you ratify the agreement signed in Brussels between Junts per Catalunya and the PSOE, which sets out both the conditions and the mechanisms for the resolution of the political conflict? between Catalonia and the Spanish state and in which we will propose a self-determination referendum?’.
Last Thursday, PSOE and Junts signed an agreement to “open a new phase” and “resolve the historic conflict in Catalonia.” The agreement signed between PSOE and Junts for the inauguration of Pedro Sánchez includes the amnesty law, for cases of so-called lawfare or legalization of Justice, and an “international” mechanism that “has the functions of guiding, verifying and monitoring the entire negotiation process and the agreements made” among other things.
