Former magistrates and former prosecutors are charging the emeritus king with tax crimes

The complainants point out crimes committed in the tax returns for the years 2014 to 2018.

A group of retired judges and prosecutors have submitted a proposal complaint against him King Emeritus of Spain Juan Carlos I for crimes against the Treasury that may have been committed in tax returns relating to the years between 2014 and 2018.

The complaint has been filed with the House of Representatives of the Supreme Court, as there are sufficient elements to verify its existence crimes against the Treasury between the years 2014 and 2018.

The reported acts are said to have been committed after the abdication of Juan Carlos I, which means the loss of the immunity granted to him by the Spanish courts when interpreting the constitutional text.

The plaintiffs include: José Antonio Martín Pallínretired Supreme Court magistrate and retired anti-corruption prosecutors such as Carlos Jimenez Villarejo And José Maria Menabut also journalists and philosophers.
