The stepson then ran into his room and locked the door. The stepfather took a knife from the kitchen and tried to open the door.
The boy’s father called the police
The boy’s mother eventually approached and pushed the suspect away from the door. The 28-year-old then left the apartment, only to return a short time later. There, however, the stepfather was already caught by the police and arrested. Officials had called the 13-year-old’s biological father to the apartment after hearing from several quarters about the argument between the 28-year-old and his son, according to police spokesman Schuster.
