The Basque Government’s Board of Directors approved this Wednesday the public employment offer for 2023 with a total of 3,010 positions. The positions correspond to the General Administration and its autonomous organizations, Education, Osakidetza and Security Administration.
Of this total, 590 places correspond to the General Administration and its autonomous bodies, 886 to the Education Administration, 1,434 to Osakidetza and the rest of the public legal entities of the Institutional Administration, and 100 places for entry into the category of agents. Ertzaintza.
As reported by the Department of Public Administration and Self-Government, these positions are included in the Berpiztu Program for the Economic Reactivation and Employment of Euskadi 2020-2024 and their aim is to promote employment in the Basque public sector “as an institution that is committed to generating and improving quality employment”.
In this sense, the Department of Public Administration and Self-Government has ensured that the promise to periodically make new vacancies is fulfilled, once the consolidation processes are completed, “which in turn will lead to a dynamic of calls for public employment in the maximum term of three years”.
