The cabin union UFO has called on approximately 19,000 flight attendants from Lufthansa and Lufthansa Cityline to go on strike on Tuesday and Wednesday. All departures from Frankfurt will cease on Tuesday from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. and all departures from Munich on Wednesday, UFO announced on Saturday evening.

The union explained that the company had only announced a record result of almost 1.7 billion euros in net profit on Thursday.
