About 400 aircraft will remain on the ground at Lufthansa subsidiary AUA from tomorrow Thursday until Friday afternoon. The reason: despite 17 rounds of negotiations, it has not yet been possible to reach agreement on a new collective labor agreement for the approximately 3,500 flight attendants and pilots. As a result, the union called a strike of one and a half days. The AUA had to cancel all flights during the period and rebook or refund ticket prices for around 50,000 passengers.
