Sweet creations are the undisputed number one of the most popular gifts at Easter. In Max Lorenz’s factory from the Waldviertel, everything revolves around chocolate all year round. This also involves Vienna’s first certified chocolate sommelier. He tells the “Krone” what a good chocolate is.
“Everyone loves chocolate,” says Max Lorenz. The Waldviertel native and passionate product developer decided in 2021 to build the chocolate factory “28 Lots” in Vienna. He already has experience in the food trade. Since 2017, Lorenz has been director and owner of Hannibals, which in addition to food specialties also offers design from the Far North in its nine branches in Vienna.
