At a school in the Zillertal, where the same WhatsApp group or at least a similar group apparently caused a stir, parents and legal guardians were also informed that both the possession and distribution of pornographic and National Socialist content would have legal consequences. For this reason, none of the approximately thirty affected young people at this school had to have their mobile phones confiscated. “The children were made aware of the problem by the police officers and they were made aware – in a very drastic manner – of the personal and criminal consequences,” the management says.
