In Aukental in the district of Amstetten (Lower Austria) an electric car was completely set on fire on Thursday morning. A delicate situation because the vehicle was dangerously close to a warehouse.
Numerous fire brigades rushed to a vehicle fire in Aukental near Aschbach in the Amstetten district on Thursday. An electric car was on fire – dangerously close to a warehouse.
The first firefighters on the scene quickly brought the fire under control. The electric car was removed from the shed with a forklift and further cooled by the Aukental volunteer fire brigade. The Amstetten volunteer fire brigade checked the building with the help of a telescopic mast vehicle. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
Numerous fire brigades were alerted
The FF Aukental, FF Aschbach, FF Krenstetten, FF Amstetten and FF Wolfsbach were in action. The FF Niederhausleiten-Höfing, FF Biberbach and FF Mauer-Öhling were cancelled en route.
