On Saturday evening, there was another case of domestic violence in an apartment in Vienna-Favoriten. A 34-year-old attacked his pregnant wife and threatened to kill her.
When the alert police arrived at the apartment around 7:30 p.m., the woman stated that she had been attacked by her husband during a heated argument. The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Refused statement
Police arrested the 34-year-old on suspicion of dangerous threats and bodily harm. In addition, an entry and approach ban and a temporary weapons ban were issued. He currently refuses to comment. A full report will follow.
