A ten-year-old’s visit to an event in Altmünster ended painfully on Thursday evening. A border collie that was not on a leash nor wearing a muzzle ran up to the boy and bit him on the leg. As a result, the student also developed circulatory problems and had to be taken to the hospital.
In this case the problem apparently lay again on the other end of the line. A 66-year-old from Ohlsdorf was out with his dog, a border collie, in Altmünster on Thursday, but he was neither on a leash nor tied to a muzzle when he walked through a crowd.
Unfortunately, this negligent behavior was felt by a ten-year-old boy standing in front of the event center in Altmünster around 6:30 p.m. The pooch suddenly ran away and bit the student on the left thigh.
The boy suffered a wound about three centimeters deep. Apparently he was so scared that he had circulatory problems. The child was therefore taken to Gmunden Hospital.
