Three fire brigades were called to a car rollover accident in Tweng on Sunday morning: the alarm indicated that a person was trapped in the vehicle. Fortunately, when the fire brigade arrived, it turned out that the person was able to free himself.
On Sunday, the fire brigades of Tweng, Mauterndorf and Obertauern were called to a traffic accident on the B99 (Katschberg-Bundesstraße) shortly after 7 a.m. With the note: Person trapped in the vehicle.
When the Tweng Fire Department chief of operations arrived, it was discovered that a car had overturned. Fortunately, no one was trapped in the vehicle. According to district secretary Thomas Keidel, the person was slightly injured and was able to free himself.
Emergency services secured the accident scene and provided fire protection. After the police investigation into the accident was completed, the vehicle was put back on its wheels using the built-in cable winch and parked in a safe place. The towing service picked him up there during the day.
