A piece of petrified vomit from the time of the dinosaurs was found in Denmark. A hobby fossil collector made the unusual discovery during a walk on the Stevns cliffs south of Copenhagen.
As reported by the Museum of Eastern Saland in the city of Faxen on Monday, the Finder brought the provision to the Museum for Research, where it was estimated at around 66 million years.
Vis vomited undigested soul parts
According to the experts, the fossil consists of at least two types of sea elies, which apparently were eaten by a fish before tens of millions, which then surrender the indigestible parts.
“An unusual discovery”
“This is really an unusual discovery,” said Paleontologist Jesper Milàn. The Find was a light on the food chain during De Krijt, which started about 143 million years ago and ended about 66 million years ago.
