He was just about to prepare his motorcycle for the holiday in the garage when Alexander D. (22) “suddenly heard an explosive bang” around 9.30 pm, the young Upper Austrian from Leonding tells the “Krone”.
When he looked outside, he saw a shocking image: a completely demolished VW Golf was parked in front of the entrance to his parents’ house, and there was a hole in the facade. “I immediately called the fire brigade and then immediately ran to the car. Together with other passers-by I got the driver out of the car. Fortunately, he responded, but was visibly shocked,” says D., who is a firefighter himself at FF Hart. and then helped clean up.
Survived the accident with minor injuries
“The driver knocked over a light pole, then rammed into a trailer and ended up crashing into the wall of our house. It looked really terrible,” Alexander D. describes the whole situation. Incidentally, the reason for the serious accident, which the driver survived with minor injuries, was curious. The 26-year-old from Pasching said he had to sneeze heavily and lost control as a result.
