The talks with investors failed
Due to the sales tax exemption introduced with the Budget Guidance Act 2024, customers waited to place their orders in 2023. Since the difficult construction economy, demand has fallen in both the business and private sectors. According to the company’s own filing, there have recently been intensive discussions with investors and restructuring efforts, which ultimately failed.
No wages since September
About 115 creditors and 13 employees are affected by the bankruptcy. Wages and salaries have no longer been paid since September 2024. According to the company’s own filing, there are liabilities of approximately 4.27 million and assets of 1.26 million (book values as of October 31, 2024).
Due to the failed investor talks, a continuation of the company is not possible and is therefore not the intention.
