“What’s the male definition of a romantic night out?” The answer to this bad joke has three letters, starting with S and ending with x. Men are actually romantics. At least some of them. So much that there is hardly any difference with other sexes. Helen Fisher, a leading sex researcher in the US, recently lamented, “I’ve been trying to tell women’s magazines for over 30 years, but they still want to believe that only women like romance!” She found that on average men fall in love faster than women, long for a romantic bond and also grieve longer than women.
