The PNV leader has accused “some alleged partners of the government” of “increasing the decibel of their statements and demands.”
PNV President Andoni Ortuzar has warned that his party “owes nothing to Euskadi and to no one other than Euskadi” and will not “concede everything to preserve the supposed stability”. In this way, he warned that, “if it sees that the interests of Euskadi conflict with the actions of the Spanish government or with the proposals of its other partners, the PNV will act and vote accordingly.”
Ortuzar spoke in this way during the political event held this Sunday in the town of Sukarrieta in Biscay, where the PNV commemorated the 121st anniversary of the death of its founder, Sabino Arana, with the help of the Lehendakari, Imanol Pradales, the members of the Including the EBB and its territorial presidents.
During his speech, the PNV president showed his concern about “the unconstructive climate” in state politics, where “although the systematic attack from the ranks of the PP and Vox was not enough, now some of the government’s supposed partners sharpens its political positions and increases the decibel of its statements and demands, and nothing good will come of that.
“It is not the time to want to reach everyone’s maximum, but to reach a minimum common denominator so that the legislature continues and the really essential issues come to the fore,” he defended.
