The rise in prices and inflation, which is still high compared to the euro area, continues to affect almost all sectors in Tyrol. This also applies to the food industry, i.e. bakers, butchers, confectioners and food and beverage companies. Commissioned by the World Cup Guild of the Food Industry, the Association for Applied Economic Research (GAW) has drawn up a study that shows the economic importance of trade in figures.
