Four of them were killed in an attack on a refugee camp in Tubas and another three were killed in an airstrike while they were in their vehicle southeast of Jenin. In addition, at least thirteen people were injured in the same attacks.
At least nine Palestinians were killed and 13 others wounded by Israeli special forces during military ground and air strikes early Tuesday in the northern occupied Palestinian territory of the West Bank.
According to Palestinian Red Crescent aid sources, four Palestinians were killed and eight wounded in one of the attacks in the Fara refugee camp in Tubas.
Another attack was recorded in Jenin province, where five more Palestinians were killed and three wounded; three of them were caught in an airstrike while they were in their vehicle in the town of Seir, southeast of Jenin. In addition, at least three Palestinians were wounded in Tulkarem, where Israeli forces continue to operate.
The military this morning launched a large-scale “anti-terrorist operation” in the northern West Bank, aimed at eliminating “imminent terrorist threats” that seek to harm the civilian population.
The armed forces spokesman said the dead Palestinians were armed and had explosives.
