Filzmaier wants to go to the “ZiB” with a teddy bear bag

Date:

Political scientist Peter Filzmaier politely asked Lou Lorenz via Twitter if it would be appropriate to come to “ZiB 2” Friday evening with his cute yellow teddy bear bag. “May I, Madam Editor-in-Chief?” he tweeted.

The editor-in-chief of “ORF III” and former presenter of “ZiB 2” does not find anything wrong with it. She explained to Filzmaier, who was challenged on his Instagram account to wear the sweet tie on ORF, that there was really nothing against it.

“If you want to bridge the gap between the teddy bears and the political situation in Austria, please. As always: content comes first.” Other ORF employees are also fully in favor of Filzmaier not having to wait until the summer holidays with the fashion accessory.

“Off with that thing!”
“If you ask long, you will be shown far!”. Down with that thing!” Hanno Settele laughed under the tweet.

A Twitter user discovered a special feature on the tie that should be of great use to any “ZiB” moderator in times like these. “One of the bears is even wearing an FFP mask…”

Sleeping place under the presenter’s table
In 2019, Filzmaier in a “ZiB 2” program with Armin Wolf, when Wolf thanked him after a political analysis and joked: “As always, you can put it back in your sleeping bag under the moderation table.” Filzmaier immediately complied with this request and slid under the table to his secret sleeping place.
