Confebask encourages Basque companies to “use dual FP” to “successfully integrate young talent”

Nearly 400 young people who have recently graduated from vocational education and training attended the event and received their corresponding diplomas. Also present were the Minister of Education of the Basque Government, Begoña Pedrosa, and representatives of companies and educational centers that collaborate in dual training programs.

In his speech, Yagüe thanked “the involvement of companies, institutions and the education system as a whole” for “consolidating a model that is already a reference both in the state and in the European Union itself.” “We are an example of a common project, cooperation and trust,” he said.

The head of Confebask addressed the young people present in Euskalduna and asked them to be “proactive”. “I can assure you that there are certain students who go through companies that will not let them escape. They are those who are proactive, who show interest in the activities that are beyond the scope of their duties. Test yourself. Be willing to adopt an entrepreneurial attitude and allow yourself to continue to grow.

Likewise, he assured Minister Pedrosa that in Confebask he has “a strategic ally” to “continue to improve the education of our young people.”
